Pirongs Designer Planners are printed to order. Please note that during extra busy periods (July-September) delivery can take up to 7 business days. It is advisable to order early!
Pirongs Designer Planners are built with sturdy metal binding, quality paper and thick matt laminated hardcovers. Inside, you will find the same layout options as our Pirongs Classic Teacher Planners plus options designed specifically for Primary School Teachers and Trainee Student Teachers. All of our Teacher Planners come with a planning section, we have a wide selection of lesson formats to match your school day, and a range of other useful pages including calendars, timetables and notes (see tables for full details). Our Designer Planners feature personalised front covers, add your name, subject or school, and the back covers will be printed to match, minus text or text boxes.

Can I personalise the Chameleon Print cover?
Yes. Add your name, subject or school to the front cover using the personalisation options on this page. You can also choose the available chameleon colour options, text style, fonts and text colours. Check your wording and selections before adding the planner to your basket.
Will the back cover match the front?
Yes. The back cover is printed to match your personalised front cover, without the text or text boxes.
Which size and lesson layout can I choose?
This planner is offered in A4 and A5. Choose your size first, then select from the lesson layouts available for that size. The options include dated and undated formats, with different numbers of lessons per day. Please check the current selections on this page, as availability varies by format.
What is the difference between week-to-view and page-a-day?
Week-to-view shows your week across a two-page spread, making it easier to see the week at a glance.
Page-a-day gives each day a full page, with two days visible across a two-page spread. This provides more space for detailed lesson planning and notes. Choose from the layouts currently available for your selected size.
Should I choose dated or undated lesson pages?
Dated pages have the dates printed for you. Undated pages let you enter the dates yourself.

Can I look inside before ordering?
Yes. Use the flipbook links above to view the inside pages for the size and lesson format you are considering. The product options also include a “Look Inside” / “View details” feature.
Check that the preview matches your selected size, dated or undated format, and number of lessons per day. Review your inside-page choices before confirming that the contents are correct.
What is included with the planner?
The planner includes personalised matt-laminated hardcovers, planning pages in your chosen lesson format, steel wire binding, a double ribbon bookmarker and a plastic pocket for loose documents.
You can choose the available wire and ribbon colours. The description above sets out the included features and optional extras.
Can I add extra pages and accessories?
Yes. Available extras include additional diary or note pages, metal corner protectors, an elastic closure, a pen loop, a matching pen, extra plastic pockets and a sticker pack.
Use the options on this page to see the available choices and any additional charges. If you add extra pages, a wider-diameter binding wire may be used.
How do I order this planner for my school?
Designer Planners must be ordered online. Schools, colleges and universities can request access to the online invoicing facility: create a Pirongs account, then contact the team to have invoicing enabled before ordering.
The facility is for official orders from central finance or purchasing departments with a purchase order number. It is not available for orders placed by individual teachers or departments.
Does the standard bulk discount apply to this Designer Planner?
The standard Pirongs bulk discount structure does not apply to Designer Planner products. If you are planning a larger school or company order, contact the team to discuss your requirements and request a quote.
