Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend shipping to the EU due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding the new GPSR guidelines that recently came into effect. We are closely monitoring the situation and hope to reinstate overseas shipping services once the requirements become clearer.
We will, however, continue shipping to our customers in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. As always, we will keep a close eye on this to ensure our parcels comply with regulations and arrive without any issues.

We’re happy to accept items back for return, providing that they are not personalised in any way, and reach us in good condition. Please ensure the product is well protected, and in the original packaging wherever possible, with a note included detailing the reason for return and intended outcome.
